Arrival 5 p.m., departure 11 a.m. (possibility to drop off suitcases and cars from 11:15 a.m.).
Reservation more than 30 days before your arrival: 33% deposit, payment in full 30 days before the start of the stay
Booking less than 30 days: payment in full upon booking. Deposit 1,500 euros required upon arrival.
Cleaning is included provided the apartment is left clean (dishes put away, trash taken out, toilets clean, etc.).
A supplement will be applied in the event of non-compliance.
We take care of the floors (steamed between each stay), the windows, the linen.
Animals admitted subject to reservation, we have an adorable young Husky who is very very playful and still a little abrupt who requires a certain amount of caution with small dogs and fearful people who could react badly. No problem with humans though.
We tie it up or keep it inside if necessary, especially if young children are at the pool.
Possibility of cleaning during your stay (additional charge).
Sheets and bath towels included. Possibility of change during your stay.
Bathroom linen: 10 euros/set, bed linen: 20 euros/bed
Animaux admis avec accord : nous avons un gros labrador (absent pendant votre séjour) donc nous pouvons accepter un chien bien éduqué qui ne fera pas de dégât.
